with a touch of Islay whisky, Peychaud’s bitters & a splash of simple syrup.

A true house favorite. This twist on the New York Sour is made with our specialty
Port-barreled rum, fresh lemon, a touch of honey and a Port wine “anti-float”
(it’s called a sink, Karen). Stir it up for balance… or sip as is for a tart, then sweet experience.
A pina colada as you’ve never experienced it before. Scryer Rum,
acid-adjusted pineapple juice, coconut extract & basil syrup combine to create a fruity,
slightly herbaceous, yet spirit-forward colada.
